Same Day Transcription

Transcripts are delivered shortly after the hearing by e-mail and hard copy.

We can supply transcripts in full page or condensed (4 to 1 page) formats.

This is the preferred option for trials lasting more than a day. However, they are also used for one day and shorter hearings where expedition is invaluable for high stakes litigation.
Same day transcripts can be the most cost-effective way of preparing a transcript.
If required, we can also split the proceedings into the morning and afternoon sessions, with the morning session being delivered prior to the afternoon’s session concluding. We can also deliver the morning’s rough “dirty copy” transcript during the lunchtime adjournment with the perfected transcript to follow.

Depositions

Our dedicated deposition centre focuses on providing outstanding service worldwide. We provide court reporters for US depositions and Canadian examinations. MWC has over 30 years’ experience in this field.

All transcripts are produced in US style and layout. Our reporters will swear in witnesses, mark exhibits and take instructions.

We offer an excellent legal videography service, whereby we can record your depositions. Video media is then supplied on disc or electronically. We can also supply transcript integrated format such as synching transcripts with video where required.

We work with UK solicitors to arrange depositions with US law firms and letters of request to the Senior Master at the High Court. We will guide you through the process and liaise with the examiners appointed to oversee the depositions of reluctant or hostile witnesses and assist with witness review (reading and signing).

We provide court reporters for Canadian cross-examinations. We deliver transcripts in the correct format with numbered questions. Our reporters have worked with Canadian lawyers for many years and we offer an exceptional service.
